hi i am going to be starting my tattoo apprenticeship here in the next few weeks and i was wondering if there was any advice that you could give me to start off with in mind

just be open to learning from your teacher and the other artists in the shop. be dedicated, and work hard. tattooing takes a lot of hard work and practice. you can never ever learn all there is to know in this industry, it's constantly evolving and expanding. and don't get discouraged at first. you've got skill as an artist, but learning the medium of ink and needle and human skin is difficult... and your first attempts will frustrate the hell out of you, but it all comes with time and practice.
i sincerely wish you luck with your apprenticeship and eventual career! it's an amazing, fulfilling, fun job. give it your all and good luck!
